Back from Holidays

Hello all. I am sorry for the long hiatus. I went on holiday to Austria for 2 weeks in October, and then because of the local Lusofonia festival, the workshop I go to had to close for 2 Saturdays as well, so i haven’t been to the place.

Yesterday I finally had the chance to go. But next week is Grand Prix and I won’t be going either (it is going to be a pain getting there during the Grand Prix).

Just a note to say I have started working again!

I seem to average coloring 2 pieces per session (3 hours). So it will be some time before I start working on a new piece. Or maybe I will alternate.

Piece: *oops* I don't know the name

This cat is from my colleague in the office. I actually don't know the cat's name, so can't name the piece. Oops.

But thankfully, this came out pretty good. The colours came out correct, it is just my actual painting skills. So I'm pretty happy with this piece and will gift to my colleague.

Piece: Kitty

This is our cat, Kitty. And this is a colour fail again, LOL.

I think I will do a re-painting on this one. This one feels like a fixable piece. I will paint a thin layer of watered down brown. Fingers crossed it works out!
