This is exciting. I finally completed the piece for a fan meeting I'm going at the end of September.



After I took this photo, I actually had to touch up the piece, so the colours are a little more solid after the touch up. Actually, I had to touch up twice. The first time I touched up by spots, but somehow the colours came out different. So I had to touch up by re-glazing the whole piece. Luckily it worked out.

Seriously I am trying out so many different techniques. I should have chosen some darker colors for this test piece because I can’t exactly see what I’ve painted on or not. Here’s hoping it all works out!



The airbrush itself is rather easy to use. I just need to try it would with the nozzle adjustment, see if I can change the size of the spray. Fingers crossed!

I finally took the plunge and ordered an airbrush. This is a rather entry level thing, which is fine, for the price point. I will take it for a test glazing later.
